Joshua A. Gropp focuses his practice in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, entertainment, and real estate.

Before joining Goede & Adamczyk, PLLC, Joshua lived in Orlando, Florida where he represented a significant number of corporations, musicians, entertainers, and individuals seeking asset protection. Joshua has set up numerous companies, including setting up a number of non-profit companies and assisted in getting 501(C)(3) status from the IRS. Joshua advises Condo and HOA boards on a daily basis in various legal matter such as collections, (of delinquent assessments, fines and letters), liens and foreclosures, drafting community documents and amendments. He also advises individuals in setting up companies and trusts to provide protection of the individual’s assets. In Joshua has written articles on asset protection, most recently Joshua wrote an article relating to Florida Land Trusts which was published in Connections in Real Estate Southwest.
