Todd B. Allen focuses his practice in the areas of litigation, real estate, condominium and homeowners’ association representation and bankruptcy.

Before joining Goede & Adamczyk, PLLC, Todd represented a significant number of homeowners facing foreclosure and bankruptcy in Collier and Lee Counties. As a result of his work, Todd has been featured in the national media with articles in Fortune Magazine, USA Today, Housing Wire, Time Magazine, and the Huffington Post, to name a few. Todd has also appeared on MSNBC and Fox News to discuss his work and the foreclosure crisis.

Todd graduated from Brigham Young University in 2006 with a degree in political science and as a member of Pi Sigma Alpha. While in law school, Todd worked as a circuit court law clerk in Detroit Michigan and as an Articles Editor for the International Law Journal. After obtaining his law degree, Todd became a member of the Florida Bar, the Collier County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association and was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals
