David Schnitzer handles general civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on commercial, business, construction and real estate disputes, along with personal injury litigation and appeals. He is originally from Crystal Lake, Illinois. Prior to relocating his family to Naples, Florida in 2007, David practiced law in Virginia, with a focus on railroad litigation. Upon his arrival to Naples, David worked at a local law firm as a litigation attorney for a couple of years, ultimately opening his own law practice in Naples before associating with Goede & Adamczyk. David graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1992, and he obtained his law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1996.

David is a member of the Florida Bar, Virginia Bar Association, and the Collier County Bar Association. He is admitted to the practice of law in all Florida state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

In his spare time, David enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his son and daughter.
